Kaiten
Website redesign for a B2B platform that grew from a task tracker into a work management product for teams.
Challenge
Kaiten grew from a task tracker into a work management platform for teams, with new scenarios and features for different departments. The website couldn’t keep up with that growth — the product looked more complicated than it really is.
We needed to turn that complexity into a clear website and show users faster how Kaiten solves their specific problem.

BeforeAfterProcess
We worked closely with the CEO and the marketing team. First we looked at why people come to the website, then rebuilt the homepage structure around those scenarios: what Kaiten is, how it helps you specifically and how to get started.
Next came prototypes and design for all key pages: the homepage, the blog, a comparison page template for Trello, Jira, Asana, WEEEK and Wrike, and landing pages for specific teams. The templates are built so marketing can publish new pages without a designer.
Result
Kaiten got a refreshed homepage, blog and comparison pages with a clear structure and a straightforward path to sign-up. The CEO and the team rated the new design highly.
